"Ludwig Von Smyth"
approx. 10 inches high
Isle of Appleshire Series

This was in the Summer 2008 issue of Art Doll Quarterly magazine with article of "The World of Appleshire".

Ludwig is a very creative fellow who loves music. He moved to Earthgate from the mountains of Areoland on the southern edge of the island. He spends most of his time on the streets of the village with his magical organ music machine that was built by a mystical wizard. One of the results of this is that the music can be used to calm dangerous beasts and used to its fullest can put them to sleep. The magic only works when Ludwig use it, so this makes him a valuable asset to the village. He has been called away, to other locations sometimes,to aid someone in danger.
Exposed parts are prosculpt clay with a soft stuffed body. He often wears his leather shorts, cotton shirts and since he has very little hair, he wears his wool felted hat. His large detailed dirty feet are the result of never wearing shoes. The organ actually works and when you turn the crank it plays "It's A Small World".
